Is it OK to drink water while eating

Many of us would have heard that drinking water during a meal will hamper our digesting system. Is it true? I did a research on it and I came across few interesting facts which I would like to share with the tribe.
**#1 Water will dilute stomach acid**
Our stomach produces acid which is composed of hydrochloric acid (HCl), potassium chloride (KCl) and sodium chloride (NaCl). Many say water will dilute the stomach acid which aids in digestion. Normally for a human being, it takes 4 hours to digest the food. The fact is that even though water dilutes the acid produced once the stomach knows it is taking time for the food to get digested it secretes more acid. Of course, you are putting some pressure on your stomach when you drink water while having a meal to secrete more acid!
In-between fact: Stomach acid can dissolve razor blades
**#2 Water pushes food into your intestine **
The food which we eat is not just carbohydrates even it contains water content. There is no need to drink water purposefully to aid digestion.Water acts as a lubricant when the food passes through the digestion tract. People say When you drink more water the food in the stomach is pushed into the stomach before it gets digestion. So the intestine will not be able to absorb the sugars, amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals which are the building blocks of our body. But the fact is that liquids don’t influence your digestion. The water diffuses through the food It just moisturises the food.
1. Water will help the intestine to absorb sugars, amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals.
2. Water helps you to stay away from constipation. Water makes the stool to be soft.
3. When people try to drink water in between meals they give a short break which means they are giving some time for the stomach to send signals to the brain that the stomach is full. In addition to that this helps people to eat slower and chew the food.
4. Reachers recommend drinking warm water because it stimulates natural digestive enzymes. It also helps to break down food easily and helps in better bowel movement especially if you drink with lemon in the early morning.
5. Water is the main component of saliva(Main component for digestion ). Water is necessary for the body.
There is no need to restrict drinking water before, after or during your meal.

VOLTE vs LTE - Reliance JIO explained

LTE (Long term Evolution): LTE was developed by 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership project) and is release in its 8th and 9th documentation release. The trade mark is owned by ETSI(European Tele communication Standard Institute). LTE nothing but a standard for the high speed wireless communication for mobile and data terminals. It is also called as 4G network. The network design was such that it will have reduced latency when compared to 3g networks, thus making it incompatible with 3G devices. It is a technological evolution on both CDMA and GSM. At present LTE is the fastest means of wireless data transfer in world. LTE can support a download speed of 100 MBits per sec and upload speed of 50 MBits per second. VOLTE(Voice over LTE): VOLTE is used to send and receive data simultaneously using LTE technology without compromising the voice quality. The usage of internet and voice call can be simultaneously done. The connection timing is also very fast when compared to 3G calls. In 2014...
