What is the difference between UPA and NDA

As far as the UPA or NDA as concern they are not constituently defined ones, they were TAG names created by two parties to call themselves with allies.UPA abbreviation is United Progressive Alliance and NDA abbreviation is National Democratic alliance . Congress created UPA during 2004 general elections the major portion of the alliance was with Congress. BJP created NDA alliance during 2014 general elections the largest members of the alliance were BJP.

UPA is formed as a coalition of centre-left political parties. The list of some parties in UPA were
